As Trivera’s Client Resource Director, Chelsea is committed to helping you achieve your digital marketing goals, positioning you as a hero within your organization. From the moment your project enters the pipeline to its successful execution and beyond, Chelsea serves as your primary point of contact and trusted resource.

Her mission is to deliver outstanding customer service, keeping you informed every step of the way. Acting as your advocate, Chelsea oversees our production team’s efforts to craft and execute a winning web strategy and digital marketing campaign. She ensures every element aligns with your objectives, monitoring progress and providing timely updates.

Chelsea’s most recent experience includes account management and team coordination at another leading web development and digital marketing agency. While attending the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, she served as a Front Office and Staff Supervisor at the Union’s Marketing Services. Her career has spanned work with clients ranging from small businesses to major brands, always focusing on delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Outside of Trivera, Chelsea spends most of her time with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs. She also enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and cooking.
