Rockford Map joined the Trivera family in 2022. Our successful collaboration resulted in a brand-new ecommerce website designed to help reach the next level in their digital marketing efforts.
The Challenge
Rockford Map, the country's leading provider of plat maps, was growing and wanted to continue to increase its market share. Their brand needed a refresh, the current site was outdated, difficult to manage internally, and couldn’t support future growth.
Their immediate needs were:
- An ecommerce CMS that is easy to use and edit, that works well on all devices
- Use technology on the back end of the website that takes advantage of modern ecommerce technology to help automate business processes
- An ongoing digital marketing strategy that uses the new site as a tool for growth
The Solution
We started with our strategic discovery process, learning about the company's competition, customers, process, and goals. From there, we focused our efforts on developing a new website, which included an updated logo and brand style template.
We developed an easy-to-use e-commerce website built on WordPress CMS, which has become an integral part of their sales strategy. This modern e-commerce platform supports over 13,000 products while providing a responsive and mobile-friendly customer experience, helping to fuel their growth.
The Results
Working closely with the Rockford Map Marketing Team, we revamped the website to create a new and improved look and feel, prioritizing a more user-friendly e-commerce experience for the customer. In addition, the improved backend management of the website delivered improved operational efficiencies and time savings.
After the new website was launched, we shifted our focus to digital marketing efforts including SEO and PPC designed to generate website traffic and sales.
